To be more precise, 7500 on foot, 8250 on horseback and 10500 on the hippogriff in this 1.5x version. Check only with SFO and True Unit Size1.5x active, and see in skirmish if the problem is still there.
I checked, and it looks ok. Make sure there are no other mods being loaded on top.

As the number of men has been multiplied by 1.5x, all artillery gains a few more units to support the number of men, such as the imperial mortar, which now has 6 mortars. I'm working on a version to keep the artillery at x1, which I'll post soon.
