I've already tried the methods you mentioned.

If your squad is created before unique model for gear mod installed, it would can happen. Change your 'empty' armor to new 'empty' armor. May it sounds like weird but it will solve your problem.

Did you tried give any armor to militia or make new squad?

SWAT militia does not display armor, helmets, etc. Launch the camouflage selector according to the mod loading order, but after changing the camouflage, the character model still shows no change.

Hi Chad, It would be great if you could add female models for CIA and Rangers, also different skin color depending on picture. At least black or white.

I think for some reason she got Grenadier's Next Gen helmet. Please try to give her IHPS again.

Met a bug. There is a female sniper in my ranger platoon. And for some reason her helmet has no camouflage net - but men have it.

Hi thanks for making this mod, and for making it independant of the camo selector.
Theres a bug regarding selecting the poncho in menu, after selecting the ponco and then hovering over the characters picture the pocho image apears covering the name and weapon. Btw I only use this mod.

For some reason this mod makes it so that the low cut helmet for the SWAT assault members get NVGs except for the leader? Is that intentional?

Change Armor or create a new squad. Vanilla armor does not render models.

For some reason this mod removes the model of the default plate carrier from the rangers. If I have it on my boys are just wearing good old combat shirts.

@A Random Guardsman / no problem. Set mod in the following order. : In-Game Camouflage Selector -> next, Trooper Toolbox and Unique model for Gears. Mods are sorted in the order you enabled them.

Can Trooper Toolbox be used in place of IGCS?
