TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS THE OVERHEAD LINES:
Spawn a track piece with Track Assembly Tool, press c to open the context menu, right click on the rail, the go to bodygroups. You will find the catenary wires, the poles themselves and a third rail for building metro systems.

Curves R11, R12 and R13 do not have overhead wire by design or it's a bug?
