@Accidental Tea Those shiny spots are actually Scout's default shirt. The suit only adds the bits it needs (sleeves/shirt/coat tails/etc) and the rest is just Scout

The jacket looks a little shiny and plasticy-like in some of the shots posted. Maybe tweak the specular map a little. Otherwise, very nice.
