hello there, I really like this mod and i recently started building a gigantic station, and i used this mod for the entire floor, however now the devs have cut dx9 support for the game so ALL of these blocks are now just black cubes, if you could update the mod to support DX11 that would be amazing. please T_T i dont want all that work to go to waste.

I love these and use them all the time, but I don't suppose you're ever going to fix the emissive on them? (The slightly glow in the dark, which is annoying.)

I am the creator of the CloakDevice Mod. All "hull mods" (like this one) doesn't work with my cloaking device currently.

May i take your CubeBlocks.sbc files - modify them and release them with the CloakDevice Mod - so your hull gets cloaked too?
(I just need the definitions)

@The Witch he meant "affects game performance." Large textures use a lot of vram and require more gpu power.

Same underlying models that armour blocks use. (panels are all texture based). I wanted high definition textures for my own purposes/aesthetic enjoyment, which i share on here. The .dds image files have pre made mipmaps in them for lowering the resolution with viewing distance to aid performance. Feel free to use if you want to bring improved aesthetic to your game, if not/ you have grievances you can move on as use is optional! ;)

You know how much memory of your graphic device is used by such big textures???
During my studies as a 3D-Artist & Game Designer our profs ever said, never use textures bigger than 1k. 2k textures infects game performance in extrem way, especially you have ever to remember that there are more textures loading into the game.

does it use a new material or does it add tons of steel plates to make it stronger
