Nah, shitty idea, when you whiff sidestep opponent get a free mix on you, that's much worse when every other character doesn't have whiff recovery

yo sidestep is a little too strong of a win button, give neutral sidestep endlag when nothing hits it like a counter

Perfect blocking the kick when your on the ground gives you negative frames... and even if it didn't, there is no penalty to doing so.
