Edicts working fine,but city districts stil give +1 building slot.

I tried this on 3.12.5 just now and it completely breaks the resort world.

if the 0.5 isn't there it would be under the special disctricst txt file

Oh yeah I just copied it over, forgot to change that, its relatively simple you can do it yourself, you need to find the mod folder, which should be in your steam folder (steam/steamapps/workshop/content/281990/3260915370) then you go to the "common" folder and into "districts" and you can change the value somewhere "03_habitat_districts.txt"
I'll also update it soon so its as it used to be, oh and this absolutely works with PD since PD made changes to be more compatible, thank god actually

Habitat housing district still adds only 0.5 building slots. Am i missing something? It works with non-artificial planets tho
