just a li'l suggestion, but you should try making the RED version a bit more saturated, although this is mostly my personal taste, i'm not a big fan of the current RED version.

The cog color is different on each team, red has an orange hue and blue has a yellow hue, it’s subtle but based off the merc and robot symbols

This is really cool! I especially love the detonator and pistol. If this isn't the case already (sorry if it is, seems like it in the thumbnail but not otherwise? Idk lol), I'd recommend making the colour of the cog circle yellow for blue team, like how Engie's hardhat and glove are slightly colour shifted depending on team (which I think is what the Cream Spirit paint is based on)

Very solid war paint, and its designed in such a way that it getting it scarred does slightly make it better. Not a lot of war paints can do that. Great job.

If you change the name to something less on the nose, this could actually be added. really nice skin, but valve will be too butthurt to add it with such an obvious jab at them
