I have tried loading this addon both before and after the above addon, neither works.

The above addon is just a retexture/reskin that should work, so I am just confused.

I have an issue where it just makes the metrocop expect for their weapon, vest and gear invisible and same with barny expect his head is visible

personally i think the helmet makes the overall head-shape look goofy but that's just me
