Around 90% of the time its a porn model that gets completely taken off of the workshop, sometimes its something like this where its simply just a normal thing, its weird

As for the FNaF thing: Its a mix between people from years back when FNaF took over the workshop for a while still being mad and people upset that FNaF fans are making low quality dupes and saves. Their solution is to be assholes and tell people to kill themselves
