To fix it not showing up you got to move the time slider below 0 and back. It's weird but ye.

I can't find these decals in the particles folder. Just a couple other decals that don't match these names.
I can't even find the "SSPO" folder and I've repeatedly launched and re-launched SFM, subscribed, unsubscribed, etc. and no download.

From some angles. The front, sides, and back, parts of the particle begins to disappear. Regardless of what the FoV is.

its because you are too close to the particle.
try backing away a bit

Same particle, two different camera angles. One from above, one from the front. Notice how some of the particle has gone?

Why don't these particles remain visible under certian camera angles? From top down their fine, but if the camera is at any other angle most of it disappears.
