Why would you want to add part of a mod you're already running?

I don't use any other speed up mods. In-game I just use numpad plus and minus to speed up enemy turns.

What other parts of stop wasting my time don't you like? And what speed up gameplay/reloading/no lock up mods would you recommend?

And is there anything to speed up the animation and turn time of militia and the lost?
