I guess it could be replaced by scroll menu or radio menu, but I honestly have no interest in developing it.
Although, feel free to edit the mod if you wish :)
BTW I took a look at the mod and it seems that the files are duplicated so the mod is twice as large as it should be? The PBO file contains the same files as those in the 'tov_gta radio' folder.
Although due to how sounds are handled in Arma, it's not possible to just drop new sound files and have the game process them in game.
In practice, you'll have to package them in a pbo and make an additional cfg file.
I could make a python script to automate the process, but I'm not sure there will be much interest from people.
FYI, I did include the source code inside the mod, so you could edit it with your own sounds and make your own personal radio mod :)
