@Rymarre From my latest research anomaly events are calculated as:
(days/MTB) * % of anomaly threat scale

so with the default 35% threat scale we get 2.625 anomaly events per year (don't take it for granted though)

However the problem is with triggering specific events. I'm still not sure if it's possible for a storyteller.

Anomaly events not being tied to storytellers is extremely strange. So you're saying that anomaly events happen whenever they want, regardless of storyteller or difficulty?

I tried to trigger unnatural darkness on 100% threat in ambient setting, didn't work. Anomaly events are not tied to storytellers from what I can see.

I think anomaly events have to be researched first before they happen... I might be wrong though

He probably doesn't quite like Anomaly events. They might be a bit too ridiculous for his idea of... trolling.
