hmm, everything is complete and standing in FOB5 used sues to check map for enemy or objects and its all clear yet no mission complete, i even drove back to main base and can only start a side mission not another main mission

Once you've fully completed a "main operation", you should be good to go start another one.
I might need more precise details to understand better.

Have completed the first MAIN mission and all tasks, is there a trigger for the next main mission or have i do to something else? the only orders left is to be in the area at the base. checked with zues, no enemy or anything left.

There's a trigger that handles time, since time acceleration is different between day and night.
So you just need to delete it.

Been trying to change the game speed from 8x to real time speed, it keep reverting back once its running, tried using the editer too but no joy,

objective markers aren't 100% accurate. so the officer very well could have wandered off.

Tasks are not cpmpleting, or the required target (Officer) isn't at the target location. Took out a SAM site, destroyed all the SAM missiles and radar tower and task still not complete.

It should complete shortly after all objectives tied to it are complete.

we finished all tasks but the main operation doesn't complete. we defended it for 30 mins after the tasks. are we missing something?

I'll have to check again, ace interaction didn't work and the only option was to reload loadout

It's the crate on the table in the center of the marked S4 hootchs. There's also one at each of the vehicle shops.
If you have ace enabled, they'll be ace arsenals. Otherwise they're just vanilla.

Is there an arsenal anywhere? was looking in s4 but cant find one

Really fun scenario! Plus side, at least for me and most of the guys I play Arma with, is they frame rate is really good while playing this scenario too
