It's mostly because I didn't want to cram too many perks onto the playspace, I've always felt that DTap is the most optional of the original 4 (3arc clearly thought so too given it's absence from Bo4-MWZ) and I decided to replace it with PHD at the time due to it providing essential manoeuvrability via it's upgrade (Upgrades aren't acquirable through perk drops so it made sense).

i love this config, but the thing that got me curious is that why is there no double tap on iceworld survival? ik you could get it from the perk drop powerups but they're random and almost rare for the zombies to drop. nothing too negative, just wondering why the perk isn't on that map

You need to finish the Map's Easter Egg in order to get the dynamite
(Gonna spoiler this so people can play the map blind and figure it out on their own if they so wish)
1. Turn the Power On
2. Interact with the terminals highlighted in pink in under 45s to open PaP
3. Pack a Punch a gun and shoot the hidden Monkey Bombs
4. Use the specialists to fill up their corresponding Gersch Device
5. Aquire the Dynamite from the Power Room and bring it to the Wunderfizz Area to open the crate.

I've checked the config and the round sounds are definitely there, sounds like you may be having issues with the gamemode itself.

Iceworld map dont have round start and end sounds for me. Mystery box too
