Fixed the issue where the fealty wasn't changing for the faction you "Sent Aid" to. It should properly update now. Let me know if there is any other issues.

@Savant I'll have to look into that. I can imagine why it does. Since I'm redirecting the target of the action so that it targets Reikland, it's targetting them for the fealty action. I'll fix it eventually.

Great concept, however it appears to negate the +2 fealty from the send aid action.
