can't shove zombies with Adrenaline shots and RX Adrenaline Pills

when used by players with 60FPS or higher, the animation is cancelled and it is very difficult to use, the item usage is cancelled every time and the action is spammed

@Fong, no idea. The function checking for item duplicates is really bad at the moment. Maybe it needs a rework

It seems that there are some new problems. Sometimes players can repeatedly pick up the same adrenaline or pills, but the items cannot be used anymore and can only exist in the backpack

@Fong, syringe adds a sprint speed boost, but it's very little in vanilla because it's capped by mv_speed_sprint and also the stamina level of the player

Adrenaline seems to have no effect, increasing the default value of "sv_adrenaline_syringe_boost" from 0.05 to 1.0 still shows no significant change. Does this mean it is not working.

This mutator seems to mess up item spawns. The subway spawn in chinatown had 4 chainsaws for me the first time I tried this. I dont even remember seeing one chainsaw spawn there for the 8 years Ive been playing this game.

custom weapons, not anytime soon. There's a mutator for that already
night vision goggles would be possible but would look really bad in practice

Keep them coming :goldtiki: Any plans on having more variants on The Rotten, really liked that addition. Would be nice to have more zombie variants like explosive zombies, infecting cloud zombies (see Dodgeball) and armored zombies.
