Last I checked, Radious had copies of half the databases in his mod, which is why it's non-compatible.

be good if getting a character to become a retainer to an experienced Governor (rank something plus) would give the character a trait that combated corruption. little idea for a Modder that can do it?

It should work with all factions, it works by changing a variable that applies to all factions. In fact, it also affects AI factions.

Corruption is a game mechanic that reduces your income as your empire gets bigger. This mod removes that mechanic. But apparently not in the Gaul or Sparta campaigns.
