This mod works great in combination with the expensive agents mod, link:

It makes AI not being able to use offensive agents. You can still put them in armies and to buff provinces.

Still only have ten agents. Makes it impossible to protect my armies from foreign agents and counteracting foreign influence in my provinces.

unlimited... you mean no recruitment limit/restrictions right? cause there's a hard limit of 10 for all agents in the game files that cant be changed regardless of mods, so its not exactly unlimited anything

Beware : With this mod activated, I got the missing texture bug immediately (no head or grey faces etc). I've made test, i'm sure it is this one.

Works with some campaigns, but not the newer ones (Empire Divided, for example).

nobody listens, I use this mod every day, it still works just fine. I said that in the comments on Dec21st you people should atleast try it before you ask for him to update it.

in order to update it i would have to download the game, the modding tools and i would also have to watch tutorials how to do it since i forgot almost everything... its not worth it, im sure there are other people who made a mod that does this exactly same thing

Oh please do update. This is one of the few mods that remove the caps on agents. I feel that if i have the money, then i should be able to build what ever the **** i want. Is it just me? And damit, I want more champions and spys. Please.........common man, pleeeeeese!?:steamsad:
