tried editing myself to see if i could fix it, but everything says missing localistion, even when turning the flag over you just get tags. i couldnt figure it out. would love to know how to fix this. i like this mod way more then the other one because of the formable nations. thanks

Excellent mod. Did it with Milan->Italy->Italian Empire. I like using other mods, in case anyone is wondering this is the mods i had active:
-1356 Timeline Extension
-AAA more dynamic provinces
-Dynamic Provinces: Trade and Tranquility
-Dynamic Candidates
-Dynamic and Random lucky nations
-Expanded Estuaries and Trade centers
-Extended Vanilla Experience
-Infinity (same thing as Timeline 9999)

All European nations can adopt the Empire government, but only a few major nations can change to Imperial Nations (E.g. Italian Empire, Spanish Empire, etc.)

Could you form a danish/scanadivian empire? Also does every nation get to form an empire or just the major nations get to?

Alright. Almost instantly after I won the war against the English, the Event popped up. I must have been at war or something when I asked. Thanks alot for your reply, anyway!

Yeah, I'm running 1.9 and the mod is checked. I was at peace when I commented, but I recently got involved in a war against the english. I'll take a look again when it's over. Thanks :)

@Hertug Alfred II. Av Slesvig, the event should fire as soon as you meet the requirements, obviously something has gone wrong there... first just confirm that you're running ev iv 1.9 and that the mod is checked, otherwise I can't think why the event wouldn't fire. But also make sure that you're not at war.

Hey I was wondering if I missed something ... I'm playing as France. I have 76 provinces, No regency council, I am a monarchy, My legitemacy is at 100, Leader admin skill is 4, No personal union, my tech group is Western, and all my techs are 28, but I'm not getting an event. Do I have to wait for a long time for it to happen, or did I do something wrong? I worked really hard to get all the required criteria to become an empire, so any help would be well apreciated.

Sugestion=Constitutional Empire: A Estate where the Monarch (Emperor) has to abide to a constitution (Constitutional monarchy semi-constitutional,etc...)

yeah i cant see how to form an empire it does not say on the national decisions and i clicked the change government and it was not ont there either

@nickhoude you could edit the EmpireEvent.mod file (in notepad) and change the supported version from 1.9 to 1.8
