yeah like... a Mars base is more usable than a moonbase yet you made a moonbase that 4x the income of a nation. Makes no sense. The numbers for Germany would work for the USA but not for Germany. Needs a balance. Maybe not to zero but for a country like Germany 3 trillion is broken OP

Could you possibly make a manual download file on the internet? because i can't download this mod from the workshop for some stupid reason. Maybe upload this mod to the Democracy3 mods page. Please.
