Because of the way POIs work, i've had to give stadiums more population than capacity, and using a figure of 10% capacity being allocated to away fans, I calculate it works best if I make the away section the capacity, and the home section 9x the capacity.

Otherwise, the stadiums will produce barely any passengers

Hello, the population counts on some of the stadiums that I have observed seem to be double or even triple their real life capacity, is there something I am missing?
