Шахлик Македонск, this is the way TABS sights work, they are not perfectly aligned with the barrel because sight is in a different place. You can use tanks with ballistic computers that align sight with the barrel at a certain point when you press T(rangefinder key). Mod that overrides TABS camera script is probably not going to work, since it will be conflicting with TABS.

Al-Kaboom, .xml files were created before TABS Spawning was introduced and are made for regular spawn in the first place. Newer mods will be spawned like all other TABS tanks while this pack keeps spawn consistently in that specific direction

Spawning issue. The red line in the spawner indicates where the front of the tank will appear, and the tanks consistently spawn facing the left of the red line.

IS-3 is being developed by TABS Dev Team as for now. Not sure about M103 specifically, but many people are now working on Cold War US tanks.

ZSU-57-2 can be usually found in MBTs -> T-54/55/62 folder in TABS Spawn menu.
Or you can use Teardown spawn menu, ZSUs are marked as [Anti-Air] there

Early Production T-54/55 tanks had a driver-operated mg fixed in the upper front plate hole
