I know the tracks are together in the official soundtrack but is it possible to separate the two parts of Fight or Flight, like how it was in MPN Classic?

I changed around the loop regions in fmod studio so hopefully it should be better now.
I didn't remove some of the gradual fading out in some tracks (and did in others) but there should be much less flatline silence.

The mod is really good, but some of the soundtracks, once they end, suffer from a rather long stretch of silence. It might not be in your plans to edit the soundtracks to improve the loop and remove the monotonous silences, but I could do it for you with Audacity if you’d like :p

I just noticed theres two versions of anamnesis
One is anamnesis, it lasts 1:30 and fades out at the end (the one i got in the mod),
and the other is PowerlessAnamnesis which lasts 3:30 like you say

For some reason, the soundtrack 'Anamnesis' ends earlier than it should — it only lasts 1:30 minutes instead of the 3:30 it’s supposed to, which makes it quite repetitive during gameplay and not very enjoyable. Could you fix it soon?

You can use the music sound events across the entire game (even as gun sounds), there's just no way to play music in vanilla M:PN story mode.

Bottom left corner. If you dont see it it means you're not on the beta release. Right click on mpn on steam, click properties, betas, and change it to the beta version

To enable the mod you click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the main menu and check on the mod.
You can find the ost in the playground mode play music menu, they don't play anywhere else
