This is a real hidden gem and should be the vanilla system. I hadn't even considered such a simple solution to the tiresome constant leveling until i found this. Luckily it was also easy to edit to SFO experience levels.

Does this effect the computer/AI lords as well? (would be great if it did, so their new recruited lords getting level 2 has more skillpoints, cause when I've killed their old generic lords their new generic lords have no chance, compared to my leveled up lords)
