to turn it on you have to flip the the switch labelled "gyroscopics" located at the left side of the center console
but its far from being published to the workshop

then i try to position myself over it and open the cargobaydoor and lower the until it reacherd the end of the railling
then I just raise the crane and try to wiggle it in
once the crane is connected to the top of the cargobay i close the cargobay door
I will try to work on the roll and pitch stabilization when i have time and motivation to do it
