Don't know if you play Warhammer 3 as well, but you should see how Snek's "Variants" mod page looks for inspiration... one of the prettiest looking mod pages around <3 (I hope you don't mind me saying that, believe me I don't want to waste your time...)

I would like to see an overview of unit cards - as it seems to be very much WIP, maybe just an overview of what's there already?
And although this might be tons of extra work for you (so understand if that is impossible) but your best shot at getting input like "faction .... could use a ... variant" from people is probably showing the 3D models in screenshots - either one atr a time or howver many variants you have right next to one another in one shot would prob be best.
While i conceptually hate that the "above army portrait" look in a different direction, I musst confess that I like those much more than the Insane stare vanilla portraits give. When you have time/energy etc. it would be amazing if you could extend this to all the mini portraits above armies, even the non-generic ones.
