Doing a separate mod that only adds Swedish medals (after my own liking lol) and I can't seem to make the game load the pictures. I have them in DDS-format.

Simply put, if you have achieved the National Focus “war with the ussr”, you can award it.
if National Forcas has been changed, it will not be fully functional.
(plus, you're supposed to add spaces after commas)
If you proclaim the peoples republic or expand your territory, you will receive more medals.
I'd suggest talking to the Eight Years War Of Resistance mod team since they have a few nat china medals already and it'd be nice if the two mods didn't conflict with each other

Not all medals are displayed at first.
It will gradually increase as you progress through the game.
For example, in the case of Germany, there are medals that only appear during the Spanish Civil War, medals that only appear during the war with the Soviets, and other medals that only appear if certain conditions are met.
If you notice any mistranslations, please let me know.
