This cosmetic looks amazing!
Considering we already have Power Spike and Wavefinder, i won't be suprised if we'll get another animated cosmetic somewhere in the future.
The weird animation is because of the limitations of animated effects on items in Team Fortress 2, requiring clever workaround to get working.

There's (as of recent) nothing wrong with using AI to create something and post it via steam, as Valve is now letting that content onto steam, but if it is made with AI then that should be told to people/put in the items description as it's a bit disingenuous
the way those flames are animated reminds me of how some animated AI generated media kinda moves and flows in a specific direction whilst its being animated. Like those Will Smith/US Presidents eating spaghetti memes
the tips of the flames just kinda zip to places before disappearing like electricity or something
the flame parts at the top part of the glasses, they just appear without being connected to any other part of the flame/animation. If they were embers they would move but they don't, they're just stagnant. There's one that looks perfectly like an up arrow
