Removing the free action from disrupt feels really bad considering how many caveats were kept in her kit, especially since BR is much more punishing than vanilla Darkest Dungeon.

BR is also making new modding tools, so it's highly likely that by the time BR is 1.0, and the tools are out that Navigator won't have that issue anymore. Atleast, that's what I hold out faith for because I heavily enjoy using her in both BR and basegame. She's fun.

Sadly yes it is, the calculations that manage Volatile had to be made differently in BR, and occur at the start of a turn instead of at the end as in Darkest Dungeon, so there’ll always be a delay between kill & regaining Volatile.
I’m hoping that in the full release of BR this won’t be necessary but we’ll have to see.

is it normal for the volatile to lag and sometimes not heal once a target with it is killed? sometimes it takes the combat to end for volatile to re-proc on navigator.
