Zesty actually cares about the game's art style and identity unlike you, this cosmetic makes no sense for Demoman and the modeling is weird, why make him look like a gangster with this spiky ass hair style, just do an Afro lmao. Also the chain is gimmicky because of the sticky bomb.

I sense a lot of potential here, i still have to say though that it isn't really fitting, it is too chonky, too sharp and the way it just cuts off as well as it having barely any texture isnt too good. But the idea you had, along with the suit was pretty good! Give it more texture, make it less chunky and make the suit the team colours, otherwise best of luck!

I'm kinda surprised you're getting such pushback, the look is fine. It could be seen as a little outside of "TF2s style", but not by much considering what already exists. The "painted hair" style is way over the top though, the painted bandanna style w/ bling options "fit the game" far better imo.
An additional idea from the mind of someone who sits in trade servers all the time would be to separate out the bandanna, beard and bling from the hair and make this a potential qs misc for demo, just throwing that out there.
