thanks for the quick responses man! one thing i could say is that the Portuguese trade carracks could have less upkeep (50-75) since they dont have cannons... their upkeep makes it to where you barely make enough from trade routes which only rubs salt on the wound since you already only have access to one port.

update- was stoned and retarded, their routes were full but it just said mine were; uninstalled and reinstalled the game to discover that... even though i have like 300 hours

Wait fr? I just checked there's a trade route and afaik my gameplay has visible trade route on my Portugal campaign as well. Could you check with this mod only active, maybe its in the other mods that has that problem. Also a screenshot could help, maybe I didn't comprehend it properly im a dum dum ig.

It has been awhile everyone. It seems the mod doesn't work with other OS besides Windows 10/11 OS, therefore I recommend not to use this mod if you're not using Windows 10/11 OS. For the future bug it would take maybe months before it's fix released, the only reason is that I am quite busy with other stuff so you may fix it yourself or ask someone for the meantime... the mod is for everyone to use and modify privately unless the other authors permits you, then you may do it publicly and publish it anyway. Ty everyone I hope u understand.

- Somehow, the auto-updates feature is not functioning properly. I recently experienced this issue on my laptop when I had an older version of the mod EJ (MCP) [MAIN & PORTUGAL] and the Widescreen Version of it. Fortunately, I discovered a solution: instead of relying on the auto-update(steam) and re-subscribe option, you need to re-download the mod. To do so, follow these steps:
1. Delete the folder named "ui_cache" located within your \AppData\Roaming\The Creative Assembly\Shogun2
2. Delete the files located within your SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\34330 folder.
3. Re-download each mod using the Mod Manager.

@Chewie, Thank you, kind sir. I want to clarify that I do not use the FCS assets. I apologize to everyone for the mistake I made by using GIFs with FCS effects. I forgot to disable all the mods I had used, especially when creating the GIF thumbnails. I am more than willing to remove all the mods I have created, as I am making them purely for fun.

I will take your word that no FCS assets are present in your mod, and that you had simply used them to make the GIF. In which case, keep it. But as I said before, if you would like to use FCS assets, just ask and I will most likely be OK with it! Thanks pal

They are good indeed. If you would like to incorporate the land_battles_xml from FCS just ask. I would have happily said OK as long as credit is given where credit is due :)

I was trying to play a campaign as Sakai, they dont seem to be able to recruit Ashigaru or many other units, is this how it is meant to be? or have I done something wrong?

Thank you so much for this updated version of expanded! I really appreciate your work. I do however have a small request. Is it possible to change Ouchi Daimyo's name from Yoshioki to Yoshitaka? Because technically Ouchi Yoshioki was dead at the time of the start date and it was his son Yoshitaka who ruled. CA never fixed this either for some reason so it got overlooked. Thank you again for this mod and if it's not too much hassle could you change his name please? or just tell me how to do it if you don't want to, thank you.
