I installed it and have nothing changed, no new tabs in options or utilites or extra new tabs with holded C
And make sure you're using the Ultrakill dash mod in the description, otherwise you won't see any stamina bars.

maybe not necessarily on the health bar but on top of it as separate "boxes/slots(?)"
(I know at the very least the HL2 JMod addon has a long jump module)
Also, nice to see people still remember CAP
Keep in mind the vast majority of this health panel's functionality is support for a bunch of other addons, and if you don't have any suit armor or any of the addons listed in the description it will look exactly the same.
