i have a generic full auto ar-15 script for the m16, it's based on the m4
https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3248632586
this is waht i do with all of my scripts basically
1: reduce the value on the "CycleRate" line (The ROF basically) to a smaller value, i have it set to "0.10" wich i think it's around 600 or a bit faster, you could change the value to 0.05 wich would make the interval shorter but since the Military Sniper is a semi-auto only weapon it will requiere you to tap M1 as fast as you can to get the full effect
2: you can download the autofire vscript wich removes all semi-auto functions on all weapons, the only downside is that it does that to all weapons, probably because of limitations or something, i haven't bothered to look inside to see how it works. anyway, by using this vscript the firerate would be around the same as my scripted AKM if the CycleRate is really the same
