Redownload the addon, all textures are included, so probably it was installed incorrect by Gmod.

As soon as I get Viper Commandos models and take a little break after making primary weapons. It's on the list, so it will be in the pack, don't worry.

Those are just models. If it's not appear in spawnlist - reinstall the addon. If it's not appear in Weapons tab... it will not. It's not SWEPs.
