These are perfect! I just made a thing last night for re-enactments in gmod and found these even though we are the 3rd Regiment of Foot these will work beautifully

Prussians, sure but French uniforms would be so hard to make with all these epaulettes, highly detailed ranks on sleeves etc.

if after that they will be still shiny it's a problem with an old cube map on the map you are using or some conflicting addons
