how do I properly install this mod? I have mod manger it open the notepad when i launch the game. and its subscribed on steam and when i click on mods in the menu it says enabled. But its doesn't seems to be working. My armies arnt sorted, no known councilors are displayed. It just doesn't seem to be working. Am i missing something?

No, the last version the mod was tested on was 0.4.42. I haven't updated it to the newer versions yet, so I can't guarantee it works, many things have changed under the hood.

Is this suppose to work on 0.4.69 validation-release?

You'd still need to manually download each one in the mod menu, though. Simply subscribing to every mod is easily done subscribing to the collection.

if you wanted to, you could make a mod that has all of your mods as a requirement and nothing else, so you could get all the mods with one click

That's not a bad idea, I might look into that in the future, once the game's code base will get more stable. Right now, so many things change so rapidly that having one single mod would be a nightmare to maintain.

Sure, they're meant to be used all together. You can pick and choose whichever you want, though. No dependencies or incompatibilities.

@shimmer More details would help spot the problem. Do you have a crash log? What game and mod version are you on?

@MidgetNinjaX That's good idea for another mod. I'd like to keep my mods focused on a single major feature at a time, the outliner being the protagonist of this one.

UI stuff is great otherwise, really makes the game significantly easier to manage

Sorting Fleets by Ship Class or Frame would be really nice actually? It would help organizing what you need to build to bring a fleet back up to strength after a fight, right now it's really tedious for larger late game fleets where you kinda have scan through your ships one at a time, and count them out to find what's missing when.
