Nice first warpaint! Personally not a fan of warpaints that have red or blue elements for both teams, and although I see you definitely attempted to make it team colored, the bright red sticker and red splotches are still very red and very noticeable on blu team. I do realize that you can't make team colored stickers if you're hoping for it to be added, but I do think it'd be an improvement if you found a way to make the sticker more neutral and either made the continent texture neutral or swapped to a base that allowed you to add a blu version.
Great concept and texture-work though! I'm sure you'll make some solid warpaints if you keep it up.
