Does this mod fix the late-game graphics score issue — where it becomes impossible to use the post-2000 graphics tech and features built into the game engine, causing the graphics score to drop below 70%?

@YourAverageGamer I think this is enough, and I went to spend my time somewhere else; this was just a project for fun.
To maintain the immersion of the original game, I aimed to add only a few features due to the small size of the selecting pool (when creating the game).
