Well, I wouldn't say it sucked, I've heard quite a few good reviews from those who have actually driven it. I will agree on the broken down part though, they're maintenance nightmares.

I'm going to say yes, simply because every county had one in the early to mid 2000's and probably at least one used it as an actual patrol car at some point in time.
