@Crimson Dawn I believe it's harder due to all those reasons so you get less in the head category. Then combine that with differences in style between the XCOM style and the model. Is it possible to do it, yes. But you might as well being making a new model from scratch in some cases.

I have to ask. Why do modders add new heads as a helmet option? Is it that much easier to do? I find that it severely limits customization options. Once you use the helmet for a run you don't want to use the exact same face again. But if you have a head you can add makeup, scars and a few props and voila, you have a new character. Still it's better as a helmet than not at all.

Modern Warfare ports are pretty complicated to work with, I did Incite From MWIII, there is just a lot to work with and very time consuming but maybe in the future
