trust me when i say the AI always cheat becausse they have the whole map visible for them
whe need to scout always the AI doesnt they go striaght for us evne iff they have a scout sure they let it scout eventhough it isnt needed for the AI becausse they alrdy know where you are from the start off the map

The AI doesn't "cheat". You learn who is willing to end the world to win. I like that. I can't make this for a "player only". You might as well cheat.

You can only load this when setting up a custom game. I don't know if a custom game is eligable for achievements.

Nevermind. It just has to be above anything else that modifies the rules.xml file. The priority list was slightly confusing.

It's not working for me. Acts like it's working fine but even after selecting it I still have only 250 max population. This is in-game max pop not the one on menu(since I actually read the description)
