I havnt played the game for a couple of years , but back then no crash issues at all , rock solid at max pop and nukes etc

I think it crashes because the game cant handle population limits over 200 for everyone

This mod dose work great however if you do make changes in the rules.xml file the new xml file will not apply to the game session.

I subscribed to this mod , but go into game , can not see anywhere to load mod , and I chck in population in solo quick battle setup , and population is just standard 200 , how do I activate mod ?
