@MarioBros. It's a dummy mod. Other than introducing dummy NPC entries, which were merged from mods in the Support List, it doesn't do anything by itself.

I use this as a dependency for Skeleton Patch and NPC Additions for Recruitable Prisoners to patch multiple mods without requiring the user to use all of them. It will also be a dependency for another patch that I am working on for Hivers.
