default settings are to harsh. The way the default is set up dissonances will start to form at only %90 certainty loss. %90 should be healthy normal amount of doubt not form a new religion or dissent levels of uncertainty. That should happen at like %30. Be warned if you use this default values are to high lower all of them.
Set conversion ratio to .3
Set Posible Certantiy to .3
Set Event Frequency to .75

These settings should feel like a more realistic and also less spamy

It feels arbitrary like there is no reason for some of this to happen other then RNJesus saying fuck your ideology, your playing with this on,e no wait this one, no i changed my mind again this one, no for real this time this is the one, this is what we believe, oh wait never-mind changed again....

@tarrand54 Yes, you can use it. Mod have Original Korea, Original English and Russian (by me) languages.
