Thanks!
MCT now supported!
Dilemmas now fire so long as Gelt is not a human player. If you're not Zhao, you'll get a more generic heads up that Gelt has moved back to the Empire if that ends up being his choice.
the picture is not great, so if anyone can find a more appropriate one that works for large incidents, let me know!
For example, there could be a Dilemma 4 that focus if both are near a hostile power. Lets say a random AI empire (mostly introduce by mods) or player AI is steam rolling and taking territory from Zhao and/or Gelt. Regardless, there is higher chance of alliance or Gelt cutting his loses and just go home. Possible higher chance of Gelt running if he is losing territory or forming a alliance if neither are.
Meanwhile, in Dilemma 3, If Zhao is hostile and is military superior, there is a higher chance Gelt will go home rather then fight and die a pointless war. Transversely, if Zhao is inferior, Gelt is more likely to stay and fight to claim Cathay for the Empire of Man.
If not, no worries, just wanted to see if its possible. Take your time and hope to see Loreful Strategic AI updated soon.
if you don't mind save scumming, you can save just before the turn when gelt hits a threshold and reload.
1. Gelt has an 11.55% chance of going back. Seems awfully low to me. I'd have to play 9 campaigns as Zhao to see him go back in one, on average.
2. It'd be awesome to have him decide even when not playing Zhao.
3. It'd be great to add this behavior to other lords that have similar dilemmas.
4. It'd be great to be able to customize this with MCM.
