I've tried using dev mode to make him write a religious book in the hopes reading it would help improve his belief, however when he finishes it the title is of another ideo - it does seem connected to his ideo I think, but the titles seem random
I hope this is safe to remove mid save as currently it doesn't seem to be working for me, great idea for a mod though so hopefully it works again sometime :)
I just wondered why this mod specifically said it was unsafe, as if there's a particular reason I can weigh up whether I'm happy to take the risk or not
It doesn't make a lot of sense how one day your entire colony can think cannibalism is abhorrent, only to hold a town meeting and decide, "y'know what, we all suddenly believe cannibalism is good now".
It'd mean if you wanted to do a major ideology shift instead you'd want to slowly shift beliefs over a series of different smaller reformations instead, because you couldn't convince your colony to switch if you just did one large reformation.
Any ETA for a 1.6 update?

Mods with resurrection-abilities seem to cause similar issues, although from the looks of it this might be less of a mod conflict and more of an oversight?
I had no problem with colonists gene implanting, so it has something with ghouls I guess?
my religious leader pawn is basically capped at 100 mood all the time, and get basically only religious enlightenments. is there a way to tweak that ? some setting to make the religious enlightenments extremely rare ? my colony is about 15 years old and i have around 25 religious books...
I looked around in the defs and found the inspiration defs file but nothing there says how likely it is compared to the others.
I'll keep it favorited though. :)

Can you please include whether it's safe to add/remove mid save?
Even with Proselytizer set to Frequent in my own ideoligion, it's not enough to maintain my own people's beliefs.
I'm sure this mod is nice once the player knows what they're meant to do, but at the moment it's killing off my own ideoligion faster than I can keep up with.
I do feel that the Certainty effect should have a floor to it though, to prevent people from giving up their faith as soon as someone else arrives and begins talking. Perhaps if that passive decrease stopped when they reached say 50-25%, that might be a suitable compromise?
and its certainty reduction chance become zero.
You don't have to rely solely on what your chosen meme already has.
(Also you can keep pressing the random button to get two or three starting memes in your fluid ideo ;D)
It affects gameplay too badly
I believe you may have something weird going on with one of your other mods that is stepping in the way.
