Unfortunately, no. There's no way to make it so specific curios spawn depending on the torch modifier (that's why there's no Yngo altars in the night levels) and I don't think wandering Yngo spawns are a thing in BR (if they are they should already be programmed into the levels, it's been a while since I checked).

Crazy idea. But would it possible for the Ynoglian beacon to appear in rooms like the Flayed event? (Very rare chance for occurrence of course.)
