no idea, works fine for me. try disabling all of your addons and then trying it like that on the map it happens on

what addon conflicts? gmod doesn't say it conflicts with anything, and like i said, it only happens when he moves and on certain maps

You're overreacting, it's not THAT bad. Still a bit questionable, CH3 is what saved their asses. It was better than the over chapters, that's for sure, and it's at least reasonable to say it improved.
